- Tournament Format — Pool and Elimination rounds, All players guaranteed to play in 3 games

- Refund and weather policies
- Once a registration fee is paid for All-Star Weekend, refunds will not be issued for any resaon. If an event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather or field conditions, registrants will be allowed to transfer into All Star Make Up Weekend
